The Bluebell Woods are home to an extensive, thriving badger community with the badger set entrances and runs clearly visible, criss-crossing through the undergrowth.

The Bluebell Woods and fields are also ideal for ornithologists, housing a wide variety of birds including buzzards, pigeons, doves, wagtails, finches, wrens, robins, swallows, swifts, owls, blackbirds, thrushes, crows, yellowhammers, magpies, and pheasants.

Below the Bluebell Woods runs a meandering stream and the 3 Waterlily Ponds, which are easily accessed by wooden footbridges.

The three Water lily Ponds are home to rudd and carp.

In the autumn, the spawning salmon are seen leaping into the stream and River Dart.

Wildflower banks are encouraged to grow around the Waterlily Ponds with brightly coloured bluebells, poppies, foxgloves, primroses, daffodils, and snowdrops, depending on the season.

The badgers share the home with wild rabbit warrens and foxes dens hidden carefully in the woodlands.

Hedgehogs and wild boar roam free rummaging their way through the undergrowth.

Roe deer and red deer quietly roam through the Bluebell woods and surrounding farmlands.
