Upcott Squire Cottage Two is a self-catering holiday cottage for up to 4/6 people offering spectacular rural views. It has a spacious downstairs open plan living area of 26ft by 20ft, with beautiful exposed pine beam detail.
The Cottage has full electric heating for all year round comfort.
Cottage Two is dog-friendly. It is an ideal holiday cottage for you and your pets! Guests may bring either 1 large dog or 2 small dogs. Howerer, dogs are only allowed by prior approval from the owner, at £5.00 per head per day, one large dog spaniel size upwards is allowed, or two smaller dogs less than spaniel size. No dogs with doubtful reputations will be allowed. This is necessary because of cattle in the fields next to the cottage lawns
There is a large, fully enclosed private lawned garden to the rear for the exclusive use of the visitors and their pets, with garden furniture, croquet, BBQ and splendid rural views.
Ample driveway parking for two cars.

The living area has beautiful countryside views of Upcott Squire gardens, grounds, farmlands, and woodlands. It is a good size,
light, comfortable and is fully double glazed. It has an entertainment system with colour digital TV, DVD player, CD stereo, books, and games.
There is a foldout downstairs double settee sleeping an additional 2 guests.
This room has folding, sliding French windows in the front which open out to the lawn area, while the divided back doors open onto a private garden, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The Master bedroom - This charming double bedroom (20 feet x 11 feet) has a wardrobe, dressing table and double bed.
It has been decorated in a traditional English farmhouse-style as an interesting roof window giving great panoramic views of the beautiful Devonian countryside.
All bed linen is included.
The Second Bedroom is decorated in a rustic, countryside style. This room contains two single beds.
The upstairs bathroom (11 feet x 9 feet) is newly modelled and beautifully maintained.
The bathroom has a power shower over the bath, a sink, toilet and a heated towel rail.
Cottage Two has a new attractively decorated downstairs toilet and shower room with a heated towel rail.
